I think the O/S will arrive to 132 MM
This is the note of the conversion of Labrys Fund
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1159275/000149315219002993/form8-k.htm
The carrying value of the note as at September 30, 2019 was $1,123,250 (10Q)
On October 12, 2019, the Company repaid $202,631 to Labrys
Then , they have to pay 920,619
The conversion
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1159275/000149315219002993/ex10-2.htm
Point 3.16 with a market capitalization less than 5 MM $ , this increase a 50%
Then , they have to pay 1,380,928
At an average price of 0.018 (70% of this is the conversion) :
1,380,928/0.018x0.7 = 109,6 MM of shares
23 MM shares + 109,6 MM shares = 132.6 MM shares
Not sure , but is a possibility
