to your pm, YES the note we are dealing with will have around 45m not much more. count the days back from the 16th with the two lowest lows setting the conversion rights 0014 & 0015. imo they'd have to have done it on the 16th or 17th because the low of 14 is right on the cusip of the window for conversion. it'd be better for us if they set their rights say recently then the low of 14 wouldn't be in the calculation fewer shares for them.

how much are they moving per day hard to judge with mm's taking some for their own inventories.

can't see the note holder being around longer than middle of next week. moving 5m a day by next tuesday at the latest. imo nab these suppressed pps points because without the seller holding it down clwd will not be around a 1m cap...
