Okay, if Henry has been asking individual shareholders for financial backing, one of two things must be true. Either working with “local” partners is not required to activate the RAIF fund, or Henry was going to pump the money provided to the local partners who could then pay their required amount (essentially providing funding to untrustworthy partners just to move things along). If scenario one is correct, then he could seek partners from anywhere. Did he start with shareholders because some had offered to assist, or was no other person or entity in the entire world willing to put up $800,000 for the real possibility of making that back 50 fold. There definitely appears to be a lot that shareholders are in the dark on. I am totally for PHIL taking off. I am just wondering if Henry provided any of this information to those he spoke with. Thanks!
