this was trading .37 yesterday

when these companies get someone that lets say offers them $5,000,000
@ $1.00


its hard for them to say NO

they did an offering in November

doesnt matter if I am in the stock or not, its a matter of the companies cant say no to millions of dollars, I have a theory that sometimes its the shorts that get so deep, they go to the company using a financier, once the deal is made they get play games & cover

thats my conspiracy theory
