But the problem is, they've weighed it done so much that there is no volume at the higher levels.
The PR needs to start coming before they let off and the volume takes over.
Right now staying above no bid is probably Jim Nixon's biggest worry for franchisees..

That's a technical stand point.
From the illegal Burger side, I believe it's because he's been pushing too hard too fast in the franchisee area.
He needs to focus on a sustainable model for each store in revenues and cost before he starts worrying about how much free money comes in.
You don't want to be like that what's his face, Kim Kardashians *food guru* I don't know his name. That burger chain that was pushed too hard and failed in an epic way.
He had to disassociate himself from it.
