Yep, USPTO initial rejection occurred Sept. 2017 for the provisional patent application.

Yet SCAMydx still filed for a patent application on Nov. 11, 2017 after receiving feedback on the provisional that it would not be accepted.

Perfect conman tactics. Knowingly filing a patent application that will not be accepted, just to use it as a scam marketing tool.

Paid promoters keep getting PWN'D with facts.

USPTO - Patent Application #20190014824, January 17, 2019

I love the inventors listed!
Yazbeck; Daniel; (San Diego, CA); Londano; Joshua; (San Diego, CA); Panther; James; (Carlsbad, CA); Panther; Jason; (San Diego, CA)

One left SCAMydx after 2018 (Londano), and one is awaiting trail from the DOJ (Panther), after DOJ made the SEC backoff sentencing Panther before DOJ could take a bite.

Proves Yazbeck has continued to work and associate with known SEC fraudster James Panther since the SEC brought the hammer down.

Seems Yazbeck is a head con associating with Dewald, Sanzeri and Panther regularly. Yazbeck even tried to circumvent paying Panther directly by structuring Panther's wife as CEO of SlimPen. Luckily for the world, the DOJ stepped in and charged Panther before more gullibles got conned with a SlimPen release.

Looks like all the anti-conman activist have been do a wonderful job to help pull the wool off the wolf, so negative impacts are limited to current gullibles that are too far gone in a sunk cost fallacy.
