The horse owners are tired of waiting for the tract to be repaired and Bruce to show it is safe to run on. They have put their horses in their trailers and are leaving the track. We will have to wait to see if Bruce can fix the problems and persuade them to return. In the mean time he will have to cleanup the manure himself.
