Yes and no (?).

Yes: The new patent could (will?) trigger a new 30-month stay (if Amarin file a new Complaint within 45 days of the receipt the Paragraph VIII* notice about this patent).
* since R-IT is on label it could not be Paragraph IV anymore

No (?): if Amarin will lose about inducement in the current litigation (acc. to me: it is not likely) … the new litigation won't be too long since as inducement the new patent is not different compared to the litigated ones. If Amarin will win the current one: this patent "does not matter".

It shows some effect as of Sept (@ 9 months) but was not statistically significant (ss). The study is ongoing till 18 months … the result - that could be ss - will be around Jul / Aug (The clinicaltrial.gov was not updated since Feb 2019, but the new "Estimated Study Completion Date" should be: June 2020)
