Henry asked me for $25K - $50K last week.

After sending a number of texts to Henry, basically asking him if he was going to get anything done by end of Jan, he called me. I waited to say anything, to first see if anything Henry said came true, but since it hasn’t, and he is not responding to my follow up questions, I have no problem sharing this since it is similar to what others have said. If this sounds familiar, I believe you.......

Bullet points, in no particular order chronologically or importance:

Henry said he was waiting for 2 partners in Vietnam to come through with approx $800,000, by Friday, 1-17, so the fund could be activated.

He said he was trying to get 10 - 20 individual investors, which I interpreted as being people from the boards who have been texting him, to give him between $25,000 - $50,000 each, with a goal of $500,000, to be used for fund activation if the partners didn’t come through.

He said he still wanted the money, even if the partners delivered their funds, because he needs it to bring on another accounting firm to expedite the Vinafilms audit, and for other things (wouldn’t give specifics).

He said he has taken out a second mortgage on his home.

He said anyone quoting him as giving pps targets of .37, or any other amounts, are “crazy”.

He would not answer if he would file to get current by end of Jan.

When I said the stock will move to the grays, he said it went “dormant” previously, and getting it back is “not hard to do”.

He wanted me to consider giving him the funds and if I would, we could discuss the terms this week.
(I’ve been texting him since the 17th, asking if he got the funds from his 2 partners, but he has not responded.)

He talked a lot about things that have happened in prior years, which didn’t mean anything to me since I’ve only been here a few months, and I told him that.

Overall, the call and request of money seemed desperate and very sketchy. The CEO calling a total stranger, asking for a significant amount of money, sure, that happens all of the time, right?

I’m not going to editorialize about this. It is what it is.

With apparently no fund activation, and Henry not responding to my texts after he asked me to consider giving him the money, just proves to me this is some kind of shell game for Henry, but even he doesn’t know what shell the ball is under.

I’m pretty certain nothing will happen by end of Jan, and we will be watching daily until the ticker disappears. Good news is that Henry doesn’t care and he’s not worried about it going “dormant”.
