Rewritten & refiled reports show huge OS increase

These are all new versions of the reports filed a few months ago (which were moved to "inactive" status):

The reports filed today appear to more closely meet the OTCMarkets formats for Pink Basic Disclosure reports.

One of the big differences is that the new reports show 3,545,006,513 outstanding shares as of 9/30/19 and includes a table showing how the change was arrived at.

BTW, the OTCMarkets website shows that the OS is 4,045,006,782 as of 1/8/20. (I don't think that's the fully-diluted number).

It should also be noted that page 13 of the 3Q/19 filing shows a weighted average number of fully diluted shares of nearly 4.3B, which means that the actual number is likely significantly higher, and may exceed the current AS of 4.45B.

That's one of the reasons I expect news of a reverse split or AS increase relatively soon (once DEWM is current with all of its filings).
