So, if my dd is correct... my summary:

- a former female in mgnt got screwed by mr

Procopio (Alex)...

- she sued

- don’t know results of that lawsuit

- but, regardless, Company went defunct

- she, smartly, learned the Wyoming custodian

process and used her worthless shares to

become custodian/ceo....

- now, she is looking to make something of this

company and her shares...reinstatement/filings

etc.

- and the fact that she got screwed, is a hopeful

sign, she won’t screw shareholders

- any DD on this jarred davidson dude !?!?
