I believe flipper44 makes a good sound argument and that he does a good job of taking Dr. Linda Liau's comments into consideration. I look at a possibility that maybe 2-3 late pseudoprogressors may have crossed early into the treatment arm and received benefit. Some research also indicates that DC treatments can potentiate salvage therapies like chemo/rad and provide up to about a 2 month benefit. With these things in mind, I don't want to ascribe a zero benefit to crossover even though other research and evidence, including Dr. Linda Liau's comments, might point to this. I do expect any benefit, if found, to be minimal. Best wishes.
