Bingo! A low float is meaningless unless there are real and verifiable assets, businesses and revenue within the company. This still appears to be nothing but a dormant, delinquent, worthless shell with no assets, no revenue, and considerable debt and liabilities. Of course, a low float is helpful for the frequent front-loaded, well orchestrated and BS-hyped pump and run dumps which we have seen here many times.
