~ XOOM, I’m Simply Considering The SEC Filings, and the Updated FDIC site, etc. ~

As I posted yesterday, ... Currently, All Of the *Mr Cooper Group ... symbol "COOP" ... are now currently all 100% common shares ... subsequently, ... First, I'll refer to the 12/31/2019 conversion of the last of the two original KKR "A" preferred series into common shares as reported within the Form 3' and the SC 13D/A ... quote ... "The Series A Convertible Preferred Stock is immediately convertible." ... end quote ...

Then while I'm sequencing the *Mr Cooper Groups most recent SEC Filing, ... the 10-Q Filed on 11/01/2019 for period ending as of 09/30/2019 ... quote' ... "The Series A Preferred Stock is considered participating securities because it has dividend rights determined on an as-converted basis in the event of Company's declaration of a dividend or distribution for common shares." ... end quote'

Again, ... the series A preferred converted @ $13.20 pps ... and now, ... All Have Been Converted’ ...

and then, a few subsequent considerations

* The shorts don’t appear to be concerned ...

* The pps continues to be reasonably controlled ...

* KKR Has Converted It’s Last “A”s To Commons ...

* The WMI Holding Company’s Restrictive BK’s Are Closed ...

and’

* ABS-Certs distribute on the 25th of every month ... (the 2020 first monthly payday for both, Loan Servicer's and Cert Participants)

* and NOW ?, (updated in December) the FDIC site states that the GSA allowed the parties to reach a settlement contesting the ownership of over $20 billion in assets” ...

So, could this be A “COOP” Investors Recipe For Success ?, Yep It Looks Like It’ Could be To Me, In my opinion ?, ... the handwriting is on the wall ...

just sayin’
