I agree with your analysis to help those in need. EXIM bank was set up for companies like Cool Tech not companies like GE. They have the wherewithal to compete in a global market. That is my take on EXIM bank and large companies. But I do believe the EXIM bank with be very beneficial for Cool Tech to get sales to foreign customers. Wilburn will hopefully make this happen and get Cool Tech off the ground. Tim sure isn't doing it.
