Squidward - Seriously?

They are enrolling and running pivotal trials. They are also providing extensions because that's the humane thing to do when patients complete the main the trial and they want to stay on the drug. Whats the problem with this? Would you rather no patients are requesting to stay on the drug and no extensions? That would make no sense.
