There you have it... Cam or management never gave an exact date of when the company would be EBITDA positive.. They just stated that Aurora was on track to be cash flow positive.. You can't prosecute management for hoping or speculating or stating the direction of the possible future.. To be honest after Aphria put out guidance stating they were going to be profitable.. I think Aurora management was sure Aurora was going to be bigger and better than Aphria's numbers and made a mistake and miss the mark... That's just an opinion on my part... But as far as these lawsuits they're just ridiculous and to be honest any idiot investor that gets in bed with them.. Is going to get screwed... Because security lawyers who prosecute companies they'er billing hours are quite High , and if they don't collect from the company guess who gets the bill... You got it the dodos that acquired the Attorney Services..
