I was confused by "relocated" comments that the LDL-C was not significant...I am so use to drawing a negative from not significant E.G. the reductions were not sat signifanct...In this case however the fact the LDL-C leveels did not increase significantly during trig lowering was a good thing..There is virtually no possibility the PTO will decide to invalidate the patent...So the Generics are have no real case...

My daughter is a lawyer. is an expert on the subject material states Amarin is a heavy favorite and the generics are faced with a burden of proof that is very high...Basically for the generics tpo prevail Amarin would have to agree with them...I was for some time very concerned over the IP issues..but at present I feel no ankst and am absolutely confident Amarin will prevail..and the generics will lose...

I plan on buying more shares tomorrow...Confident they will be heading up ion the near future...
