This is a peer-reviewed article establishing that this experiment utilized a(v)beta(3)-specific liposomes (225Ac-IA-TLs)caused permeability of both the blood brain barrier (BBB) and brain tumor (BTB) as indicated above if you read.

A couple of the authors are from University of Pennsylvania.
