There's no way NY tries to pick this up. He may not even still be in the country for all we know. Why do you think he came to the US? Probably to get away from his troubles in Australia. No, I still believe the SEC is looking into VEND/NY. Too many signs point that way.

I agree with you, the only real play might be the monthly royalties. But, how long can the machine still running be held together with chewing gum and bailing wire?
