El Alacran Gold Mine Corp. is a company that will continue to grow and evolve
now that it is trading on the Pink Sheets. We believe in using the "Pinks" as a
stepping stone to greater things, including other exchanges.

Our counsel teams have already investigated several exchanges as possibilities
for the future. There are many steps that must be followed before ever reaching
certain exchanges, but, we will be very transparent and willing to move our
company into a higher echelon of trading.

If a company never thinks that it can reach something bigger and better, then,
they shouldn't be in business at all. In response to your question - YES, we
have full intentions of getting listed with one of the major exchanges in the
future.
