In response to a deleted message:
I believe Walhall is mentioning the many patents that have had “final rejections” by the US Patent Office. To my recollection VT has far more rejections of patents than confirmations; if your idea of a great patent portfolio is one with countless rejections and few confirmations, than its your privilege to invest in this carcass.
