Thanks, yes saw this post. You’re deductive reasoning and speculative dot connecting are on point. I will say I am not 100% convinced because I personally think the reasoning for waiting so long before starting the OLE still begs many questions. One would think the OLE design would be nailed down many months in advance.

Additionally, you say:

If this is correct and Anavex realized in the OLE they needed titrate up to 50mg, would it be a stretch to say the 10 & 20 mg doses in the main trial were not proving efficacious?
