verbal “summary judgement” ruling on this case in favor of Amarin I think Amarin wants a full and measured ruling by the judge, not a quick summary judgement- that would leave more wiggle room for appeals. If it's not going to a settlement, it has to go all the way with a strong a ruling as possible for Amarin-allow both sides to present all there evidence, then slam the door on the Generics with a solid win, IMO.
