I agree,
I don't feel the the MM's will be able to hold down the price for more than 60-90 days.
We waited 11 years people should be able to wait an additional 90 days, especially if they would now have control of the shares.
There is an argument to the opportunity cost of shares vs cash that can be reinvested plus the tax implications.
