And I NO LONGER believe there WILL BE A S4V WITH COOP USING COOPS SHARES, but I do NOW believe it will be with WMI and if not please tell me what happens to WMI as it is NOW a clean shell after exiting BK!
All this time and all this money and it just goes POOF GHONDI me thinks not.

That part that had been missing here to make this whole thing add up was WMI, that IMHO was the trigger! Watch for signs of it to reemerge as I think they are about to show up via 8K 8K 8K and many many more than that

OH ALSO what about WMI's grandfathered Charter??? FDICK could not seize that, they could seize a bank that operated under that charter but not the CHARTER itself since WMI never went 7 but in fact went 11 so it was still alive.

And IMHO retained its charter for WMI

If not then someone should be able to show us where WMI's charter was vacated or disolved
