With 1B ~ 1.2B shares Huge OS count why the trading volumes here are such ridiculous low? Its peer ACTL only has about an Half amount of OS of OCLG but has the larger trading volumes!

When will those Hundreds Of Millions shares of 0.0001 buyers push it up to at least 0.0002 x 0.0003?
