Well said, though, and I say this knowing that certain other squeaky voices will disagree, there is zero chance it’s a “scam”. UCLA and the NIH don’t find scams, and UCLA does not invent scams and then make their famous top brain surgeon head of the department of neurosurgery if they are involved in scams... the various other scientific organizations likewise don’t honor scam artist scientists and top scientists and doctors don’t add their names so broadly to the research of scams.

Could it fail? Sure, that’s theoretically possible, though it seems very unlikely in my opinion, at this stage given 1) mathematics; and 2) the FDA’s recent initiatives.

Are there people who want to Vico Vince people it’s a scam? Absolutely. No question about it. But that happens quite frequently, and those people serve the interests of others who benefit, in my opinion, from this view, whether they know so or not, it doesn’t matter. The more likely scam artists are anonymous posters on bulletin boards, not this particular science or company, in my opinion. And the judgment of a Federal Court, and the careful review by the SEC, NIH, and FDA suggest the efforts and the science are legitimate, as far as the law goes... I can’t speak to the fevered dreams and mumbling DOD anonymous bulletin board posters and “report” generators. But the market should be leery of such sources of information. They are not legitimate.

Good luck to you Umibe and thanks for the excellent post.
