We all are sitting and waiting with “baited breath” on filings to get current and announcement of Merger partner...Robert Xu has tweeted several times to be patient...saying “filings take time”...”and patience is gold”.

This morning on LinkedIn he posted that he wanted to look for employment in the US...posters and tweeters took that to mean filings are close...hmmmm...

We have no definite statement that a merger is happening and no definite confirmation of the merger partner...

I, like the rest have “plunked” money down “speculating” that filings will drop and a merger partner with an annual revenue stream of $10B will be announced...whew...that is a mouth full

All IMO...do not buy based on what I say!
