Also the SP being “atrocious” is a matter of perspective.

From my point of view .0013 and below... the share price currently is quite good.

However I like DBMM’s odds of having the initial decision affirmed. And then going PINK.

As for how long that takes, which is a point you are stressing, not me... I am not concerned with. When it happens, it happens. Go to the DMV and perhaps you will understand what the hold up might be. Bureaucracy. Fortunately this case is in its final stage and we will hear the decision when it becomes public.
