Docket #667 apparently has the Custom Border Protection (CBP) having a claim against Among Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (US) . This claim was apparently sold to Debt Collectors, so CBP had no right to make a claim and withdrew it. Most likely Mercuria settled that Debt at a discount.If anyone finds out more let us know.. IMO
