Welcome back. On the whole, I agree with what you say.

I'm also disappointed that 'starting on date X' means 'starting the permitting process', in contrast with 'starting the actual building/installation,' but I can't argue against the notion that 'getting the permits' is virtually the first thing one has to do on any project. One doesn't know the full scope of a project without them, as permitting may impose requirements that vary from place to place.

Re DiPrima (acting CFO) and Leinwand (attorney), a very cursory Google search on Leinwand confirmed reasons to be concerned. I found less at first glace regarding DiPrima, but did find the Mike the Pike connection you mention, which leads to the Ken Williams connection.

It is to sigh … but then, GSFI bought EGOH from Ken and Co, so how clean could we really expect the deal to be?
