If you put the entire picture in, CEO drops S/S day before news to ensure it is known, then news drops and no one will be in doubt. We will know why we have a huge "restricted" share count. It's all there for a successful play.
News after hours and let it build into the weekend, smart I think he may be. CEO did get the dilution done and not at a high pps. It all makes sense I think
