The O/S doesn't change when shares that are already in there are being dumped. Dwyer issued 100's of millions of shares to his buddies at .0001, so they are dumping .0001 shares that are already in the O/S... so it doesn't change. The float is changing but those numbers aren't available to the public from the TA unless Dwyer makes it available. That's how they make money in pink sheet Scams.
