Get off your lazy ass, contact Ameritrade's legal counsel, and request information. Better yet, hire an attorney and disgrace yourself some more by failing to comprehend how...the key word how...Kinney was able to deposit and dump shares so quickly thru Ameritrade.

Hint: it's because every single share he dumped was backed by certificates. Every.Single.Share.
