Unfortunately rhyme, reason and rationale do not prevail when you’re talking about OTC companies. If they don’t follow up soon, could it sadly be that the long silence was only broken to appease the SEC before years end so they could avoid fines, suspensions or some other disciplinary action?
I do not know anything for certain except that I’m hoping the later is not the case here, and a follow up isn’t far behind!
