Mercuria holdings are 30%, but when you add in Mercuria owners private common shares the total holdings for Mercuria was 54% of the common shares.Then add in Tyler Barons Hedge Fund Holdings, Mercuria interested parties become HUGE.. Yes there was a reason they outbid everyone in the Bankruptcy Court.. That was to get their money back, from loans made and false promises made, when they acquired Common Shares.. Murcuria wins, we Class B LTU's win. IMO GLTA
