The Commission may affirm, reverse, modify, set aside or remand for further proceedings, in whole or in part, an initial decision by a hearing officer and may make any findings or conclusions that in its judgment are proper and on the basis of the record.
Then even if they do win and have the decision affirmed they still need to find a MM who will sponsor them and send in the required 15c2-11 and have it approved by FINRA to become registered pink again. So even if they win there is still going to be time until the 211 is filed and then approved before they ever trade pink. This is far from a done deal.
I can’t wait to see how it plays out. One side will be right and one won’t. I am looking forward to seeing how it all ends.
