I have several patents . When I have sold a few the inventor cannot be transferred . The inventors name sticks with the patent . It can only be licensed . A company can own only the rights to that patent .
I still hold all the patents I’ve sold but have given up all rights with the sale .
I have owned gold claims . I have contracted the minerals to a company mining them . I own the claims they mine them .
Company one has sold the contracts to company 2 and 3 before . Selling the actual mineral rights I gave up .
The 2 nd and 3rd company extracted more minerals and profited higher dollars than the company#1-I sold to : I only receive the original contract price !
So yes gncp can sell its mineral rights and does not ever need to own a claim!!!!!
