Company is paying for "Options" only to buy the claims, on a yearly basis. an option to buy is not owning. PDIV could never sell the claims they have options on unless they exercise the options and buy the claims.

Same thing for patents, the inventor assigns his patent to a third party. The third party becomes the owner of the invention, once assigned, usually with a counterpart. The inventor does not always own its invention, if he works for Apple, then the real owner is automaticaly Apple.

Very interesting to read company disclosures in details. PDIV did not disclose the details, we are still waiting for them, and we know GNCP only pays for options to buy, which ain't ownership.
