Churning under & around a half penny. These PRS show they were setting things up and now I see why that guy got excited and took a position...

They also made it clear he was't going to have much to do at all with running the company. They hinted repeatedly that they will move forward either with a partner...or now that we see the list of patents some other company might see the potential in one or more of them and just aquire the company and all the patents...in pharma land a few million is peanuts...currently market cap is around $800k. At lows around $500k...

How much would the CEO sell for? Could easily get millions for all that...or maybe partner and develop products and make SOAN worth more...at the moment it's all just ideas until they come up with products that work (and work better than their competitors).
