Lipitor was priced similarly to Vascepa and did 13 billion in sales. His point is that peak revenue should be high even though the drug is being priced affordably/cheap relative to trying the price gouging approach.
It's basically been his standard answer for awhile in terms of why they don;t just double the price with approval and it being a volume deal not a pricing deal.
