Dmiller I do not believe that is true, and maybe HDG and other pundits here can chime in

The REDUCE-IT patents are now in the Orange Book. Any generic that wants to start marketing a generic version NOW will have to contend that their ANDA does not induce infringement on THOSE patents, and that the REDUCE-IT related patents are also NOT obvious.

Or do I have this wrong? The difference is a huge one.
