This is currently a shell! There currently isn't any company attached at this time. Hence the pending RM/JV. This is a SHELL!! There are no products currently being produced. The statement referenced in the last filings are simply a formality. What they should have done, was to have put in a statement referring to the award of the custodianship and there is currently no company attached.
