The .25 cent offer by Varde spooked people. It seems like they are attempting sometype of hostile takeover. They are an activist shareholder and have 2 people on the BOD. Hoping Barclays can come through with an offer from a larger company to acquire them. The Varde offer of about 30 mill is a joke for a company with more then 500 million in assets.
