They need a new financing package. Interesting how Specks resigns June 27 and then chapter 11 gets announced two days later. Probably messed up big time and was replaced by Nicholas Winter. Winter just needs a real plan to reset their capital structure to address financial weaknesses and capitalize on strengths. He appears to be their high-stakes banker/business problem solver guy. Transforming some petrochemical companies profitable previously. Restructured right they could emerge stronger.

Their debt level is what is worrying everyone. Chapter 11 is possible, imo.

Company probably has good news. Could be an extension of the borrowing period, that would give a clean plan to regain the capitalization. There’s also the recent installation of a GE gas purification system on a bunch of wells. Should boost gas sales very soon. That possible boost in gas production and revenue has all been kept very secret so far... May spike up to around a dollar, either way I wouldn’t want to be short right now. just my opinion so do your own dd.
