No sane CEO would walk away from a partnership opportunity with Biogen, nor would Biogen offer a terrible deal if they thought for a second Anavex had game-changing science. And if Missing really had walked away, and Biogen believed they actually had something, they'd have bought the company. Missing has been talking about business development for many years, and has even alluded to being in discussions with pharma, yet not one deal with any major biotech or pharma company has been done. They can't all be offering unacceptable deal terms for game-changing science.
