IMO, Missing cleverly dangled a carrot in front of investors in mid-December, saying he "expected" full enrollment in PD before year end. Investors took the bait for an imminent announcement and have been chasing the stock higher ever since in anticipation. Assuming full enrollment is announced soon, I believe the stock will sell off, as the "pop on the news" has already been baked into the stock price.
