Plus page 18 of the last 10-Q is fantastic to read, they get a land purchase discount to build the factory from the Chinese authorities and it will be located in a free trade zone plus they expect to be getting back all their deposits within months back from where they were going to build a production base in Penglai, the way I read the 10q is the Chinese government likes this company, but don't take my advice do your own DD
