Looks like JRL was up early this day to post more on his claims as being true blue.
I can attest that I am no Barrick vigilante but rather an investor who made a tactical error in believing in the unbelievable.
MSX investors laid their money down due to the fact or supposition that BJ then CEO claimed to have negotiated the rights for 50% of a very large mining project in Chile,fraudulently claimed at the same time by CMN and Barrick Gold Corporation of Canada.
This project is commonly referred to as Pascua Lama,a gold open pit project way up in the Andes Mountains.This story started over ten years ago with MSX/ex MWR.
Jorge made BJ believe he had the goods and we were all going to do well as the securities traders were going to be forced to come clean and make Barrick come clean as well.
BJ was a drowning man with the Fitzgerald anchor firmly attached around his neck.
After 12 years or more we are no longer trading banished from the boards and dead in the cold waters of oblivion.
BJ has done hard time and fined many hundreds of thousands of dollars for his own beliefs laid claim by false press releases to the markets.
So JL since this sordid mess rests on your shoulders for not having the true goods as promised when we needed them,what answer would you choose from those below.
A)
MSX shareholders should have known better,did more personal DD on my claims and now their fate is their own to deal with.
B)
MSX shareholders were continually encouraged to believe me over the years as I was going to keep this story going for as long as the money kept coming in.
C)
MSX shareholders or their heirs will all become wealthy when I can finally prove my claims.It is not my fault nor by my doing that the forces against me are so intense that no one believes that I am the true rightful owner to Mina Pascua in Chile.
Now all that I have to do is get the courts in Chile to believe.
Need more money to do that!

The financial opportunity costs to MSX shareholders has been great as thus far the loss position is final.These monies played would have done some real good in other plausible investments.
